Free QR code menu maker

Paste the link to your menu (a website page, a Google Drive PDF, anything that opens in a browser) and get a QR code your guests can scan. Nothing is uploaded: the code is made in your browser.

Before you print

  • Only make codes for links that are yours. A code to someone else’s page, or to a page that asks guests for card details, is misuse and may be reported.
  • Scan it with your own phone, on mobile data and on Wi‑Fi, before printing 20 copies.
  • Print it at least 4 cm wide, dark on a light background, and keep it flat (not curled or glossy under a light).
  • This code points at the link you typed. If that page moves, the code breaks. A code that always works needs a link you control.

A link that is always up to date

A PDF on Drive goes stale and is slow on a phone. RestroSimplify gives every table its own QR that opens your live menu with photos and prices, in English and Hindi, and lets guests send the order straight to your kitchen screen. Change a price once and every table is updated.

Want the bill, the KOT and the kitchen screen too?

RestroSimplify does all of this for you at the counter, and keeps working when the internet is down. 14 days free, no card.
